An automatic washer should be selected around the sustained production rate and the filler it feeds. Peak machine output alone is not enough to specify a project.
Rinsing and drying route
Confirm whether the line needs internal rinsing only, external washing, draining or clean-air drying before filling or labelling.
Bottle control
Automatic systems depend on stable feeding, consistent orientation, reliable transfer and suitable change parts for every bottle size.
Installation planning
Water, drainage, compressed air, electrical supply, guarding and maintenance access should be checked before installation.
