Air, water or rinse-dry process
A dry air rinser, wet bottle washer and wash-dry system have different utilities, guarding, tanks, pumps, nozzles and controls. These differences affect both equipment price and installation cost.
Bottle format and change parts
Multiple bottle sizes, shaped containers or unstable lightweight bottles can require extra handling, guides, grippers, star wheels or change parts.
Integration and installation
Conveyor work, electrical installation, compressed air, drainage, acceptance testing and commissioning should be included when comparing prices.
